Med Surg Registered Nurse - Owosso, MI (Permanent Job)

Night Shift Available
Shift: 7pm-7am

Connected Health Care, a Joint Commission Certified recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a dedicated Med Surg Registered Nurse for a permanent position with one of our valued clients in Owosso, MI.

Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical unit
• Monitor patient conditions, assess vital signs, and respond to changes in patient status
• Administer medications, treatments, and assist with procedures as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure high-quality care

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Med Surg unit
• Strong organizational and communication skills
