Job Description

Occupational Therapist (OT) – Day Shift – Butte, MT

Job Description:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to help them develop, recover, and improve daily living and working skills

  • Develop individualized care plans and treatment goals tailored to patient needs

  • Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and strategies to improve independence

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continued professional development

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

  • Current Montana Occupational Therapy License or eligibility to obtain

  • NBCOT certification required

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

  • New graduates welcome – mentorship and training provided
