Job Description:

Evaluate and treat patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to help them develop, recover, and improve daily living and working skills

Develop individualized care plans and treatment goals tailored to patient needs

Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and strategies to improve independence

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
-
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continued professional development
Education & Certification Requirements:
-
Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
-
Current Montana Occupational Therapy License or eligibility to obtain
-
NBCOT certification required
-
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
-
