Job Description:

As a Radiology Technologist, you will perform diagnostic imaging procedures to assist physicians in accurately diagnosing and treating patients. You will work closely with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate X-ray, CT, and other imaging equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures while ensuring comfort and safety.
• Follow physician instructions regarding imaging techniques and protocols.
• Maintain detailed patient records and ensure proper documentation in the system.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate results.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and infection control standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Active Radiologic Technologist (RT) license in the state of Ohio (or eligibility to obtain).
• Certifications Required:
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

• Preferred Certifications:
• Advanced certifications in CT, MRI, or Mammography (a plus but not required).
• Minimum Experience:
• 1+ year of experience in a hospital or imaging center preferred.
• New graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply.
