Job Description: As a Urologist Physician, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality patient care at our client's Critical Access Hospital. This full-time position offers a 4-day workweek (4x10s) to promote a healthy work-life balance. The ideal candidate will be passionate about urology, possess excellent clinical skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat urological conditions
• Perform surgical procedures as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients on treatment options and preventive measures
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Board certification or eligibility in Urology
• Valid state medical license in Washington
• DEA registration and state-controlled substance licensure
• ACLS/BLS certification
