- Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field from an accredited institution
- Certifications Requirements: Certified Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) through ASCP or equivalent
and Generalist certification
- Experience Requirements: At least 0 years of clinical laboratory experience, with ASCP Generalist certification preferred
- Other Requirements: Excellent attention to detail, strong technical skills, ability to work evening shifts, good communication skills, and necessary licensure for Pennsylvania
