- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with hospital electronic medical records (EMR)
- Additional certifications in pharmacy or healthcare
- Experience with team collaboration and patient counseling
Preferred Education and Experience:
- BA Degree in Pharmacy
- At least 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience
Other Requirements:
- Rotating weekends every third weekend
- Must have AR Pharmacy License
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Willingness to work in a collaborative, clinical environment
