Phlebotomist - Full time day shift 

Job Description: Connected Health Care is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Phlebotomist to join our esteemed client's team in Cold Springs, NV. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drawing blood samples from patients, ensuring accuracy and patient comfort during the procedure. Duties include labeling specimens, maintaining records, and adhering to all safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens
• Label specimens accurately and appropriately for testing
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ensure patient comfort and confidentiality
• Follow established protocols and safety measures
• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients

Education and Certification Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program
• Current certification in phlebotomy (e.g., CPT) preferred
• CPR certification is a plus

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Phlebotomist or related role
• Proficient in blood collection techniques
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
