Job Description:

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in improving the lives of patients by restoring their physical function and enhancing their overall quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique goals.
• Utilizing evidence-based techniques, exercises, and modalities to promote optimal recovery.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide holistic care.
• Educating patients and their families on home exercise programs and strategies for long-term health maintenance.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines and maintaining accurate patient records.

Requirements:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Idaho.
• Minimum of 1+ years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Additional certifications or specialization in areas of practice are a plus.
