Connected Health Care is seeking a motivated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week local travel assignment with one of our valued healthcare partners in Dumas, Texas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Physical Therapist looking to grow professionally, work in a supportive environment, and experience life in a charming Texas town.
Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver evidence-based therapy to improve mobility and manage pain

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members

Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and long-term mobility strategies

Accurately document evaluations, goals, progress, and discharge summaries

Maintain compliance with facility protocols and state regulations
Education & Certification Requirements:

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program – required

Active Texas Physical Therapist license – required

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – required

Minimum of 1 year of PT experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
