Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Dumas, TX

Connected Health Care is seeking a motivated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week local travel assignment with one of our valued healthcare partners in Dumas, Texas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Physical Therapist looking to grow professionally, work in a supportive environment, and experience life in a charming Texas town.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy to improve mobility and manage pain

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members

  • Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and long-term mobility strategies

  • Accurately document evaluations, goals, progress, and discharge summaries

  • Maintain compliance with facility protocols and state regulations

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program – required

  • Active Texas Physical Therapist license – required

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – required

  • Minimum of 1 year of PT experience preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
