Job Description
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist for a client in Scottsbluff, Nebraska.
Job Description:
- Evaluate Patients: Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patient needs and establish personalized treatment plans.
- Develop Treatment Plans: Create and implement effective therapy plans to improve patients' physical abilities and quality of life.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to address patient conditions.
- Monitor Progress: Regularly assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate Patients: Educate patients and their families on home exercises, injury prevention, and overall wellness.
- Collaborate: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Graduate of an APTA accredited school of Physical Therapy.
- Current BLS certification.
- New grads are welcome to apply.
