Job Description:

• Perform physical therapy assessments to develop personalized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercises, and strategies for managing chronic conditions.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians and nurses, to achieve patient care goals.
• Document patient evaluations, treatments, and progress in the EMR (Electronic Medical Record).
• Maintain patient safety and ensure that therapy sessions are conducted in a safe and effective manner.

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent required.
• State of Wisconsin Physical Therapy License required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Previous experience in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation preferred.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience with a wide range of rehabilitation techniques and therapeutic modalities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage patient caseloads efficiently.
