Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Westport, WA
13-Week Contract | Weekly Pay Up to $2,400 DOE
 

Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week local travel assignment with one of our premier healthcare partners in Westport, Washington. If you're passionate about providing patient-centered care and love coastal living, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact while enjoying one of Washington’s most scenic towns.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as necessary

  • Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately

  • Educate patients and families on continued therapy and prevention techniques

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program – required

  • Current Washington PT license – required

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – required

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred

  • Strong interpersonal, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills
