Job Description:

• Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Therapy Implementation: Develop and implement individualized therapy programs aimed at improving patients' mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive patient treatment.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient records.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• NM PT License: Must have an active New Mexico Physical Therapist license.
