Job Description:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, create treatment plans, and administer physical therapy sessions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, lifestyle modifications, and self-care techniques to promote recovery and prevent injuries.
• Maintain accurate patient records, progress reports, and documentation of treatment plans in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques, tools, and equipment to deliver high-quality care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Education + Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
