Job Description: As a Physical Therapist with us, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical conditions, devising and implementing treatment plans, and monitoring progress towards recovery. You will collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose patients' physical conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to patients' needs.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Requirements:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Proven experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
