Job Description



Title: Physical Therapist - Hospital Setting - Hobbs, NM

Connected Health Care is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a leading hospital in Hobbs, New Mexico. As a trusted recruitment and staffing firm, we work closely with our partners to identify top talent in the industry and provide our candidates with the support and resources they need to thrive.

Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing rehabilitation services to patients in a hospital setting
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Provide education and support to patients and their families

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current New Mexico state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
