Job Description
Physical Therapist - 13-Week Contract | Skilled Nursing Facility
Company: Connected Healthcare
Location: Long Prairie, MN
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Weekly Pay: $2,200/week
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Complete thorough and timely documentation.
- Plan, market, and develop new rehabilitation programs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
- Present in-service training to fellow staff therapists.
- Assist in the general operation of the therapy department.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy.
- Graduate of a certified physical therapy program.
- Possess or be eligible for state licensure.
