Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years current PT experience 
• Outpatient Ortho experience
• Previous travel experience
• EPIC and Expro experience - Required
• NH license must be in hand at profile upload
