Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient - Medford, WI

Job Description:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to create customized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to enhance patient mobility and function
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and injury prevention
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans
• Adhere to all relevant regulations, policies, and best practices in physical therapy

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Wisconsin or eligibility for licensure
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Excellent clinical skills, communication, and interpersonal skills
