We are currently partnered with a prominent outpatient facility in San Bernardino County, CA, seeking a skilled and passionate Physical Therapist to join their dynamic team. This position is up in the mountains.

Job Description: As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with physical impairments through the implementation of comprehensive therapy plans. Your duties will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to determine patients' physical conditions and needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to promote mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function.
• Utilizing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to facilitate rehabilitation.
• Monitoring and documenting patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Providing patient education and home exercise programs to support continued progress and independence.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid California state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred. New grads are possibly acceptable dependent on prior experience (PTA).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
