Job Description: As a Physical Therapist with us, you will play a pivotal role in improving patients' quality of life through personalized rehabilitation plans. You will assess patients' needs, develop treatment programs, and work closely with healthcare teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient evaluations and establish individualized treatment goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care.

Requirements:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Georgia.
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
