Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant for a 13-week local travel/contract assignment in Jefferson City, Missouri. Position Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Weekly Compensation: Up to $1800 based on experience

Job Description:

• Assist Physical Therapists in providing comprehensive physical therapy services to patients.
• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic interventions designed by Physical Therapists.
• Monitor patient progress and report findings to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and strategies for maintaining physical health.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Valid Missouri State Physical Therapist Assistant License
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred)
