Job Description:

• Provide exceptional physical therapy services to patients in various settings, including long-term care (LTC) facilities.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement effective therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility and function.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Florida.
