Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, focusing on rehabilitation and improving mobility.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
• Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment interventions.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Nebraska.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience working as a Physical Therapist.

Contract Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Weekly Compensation: Up to $2200 based on experience
