Job Description:

• Oversee the daily operations of the physical therapy department, including staff supervision, scheduling, and budget management.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to physical therapy staff, promoting professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Participate in strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives to enhance departmental performance and patient satisfaction.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience, with previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in physical therapy management.
