Job Description:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans to enhance mobility, alleviate pain, and restore function.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to achieve treatment goals.
• Educate patients and families on effective home exercise programs and self-management techniques.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Active Washington state Physical Therapist license
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
