Full Time Pre-OP/PACU Position in Gallup, NM

Connected Health Care is currently seeking a dedicated Pre-Operative/PACU nurse for a full-time position in Gallup, NM. This opportunity is with a leading healthcare facility committed to providing exceptional patient care.

Job Description:

• Provide expert nursing care to patients in the Pre-Operative and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) settings.
• Assess patient conditions before surgical procedures and monitor their recovery post-surgery.
• Collaborate closely with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications and assist with patient education and discharge planning.
• Maintain a sterile and safe environment for patients and staff.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Active RN license in New Mexico.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Pre-OP and PACU settings.
• BSN preferred.
