Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents within the Health and Rehabilitation Center
- Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Monitor and document patient progress, maintaining accurate and detailed records
- Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare management and self-care techniques

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Idaho
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a similar setting
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent clinical and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- BLS certification
