Charge Nurse 

Connected Health Care is looking for an experienced Charge Nurse to join our client in Waynesboro, GA. The Charge Nurse will be responsible for coordinating patient care services and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing department. 

In this role, you will provide leadership and support to nursing staff, coordinate with other departments, and manage patient flow. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, enforcing policies and procedures, and ensuring quality patient care. 

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for providing quality care.

Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department
• Provide leadership and support to the nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care services
• Manage patient flow
• Maintain accurate records
• Ensure quality patient care
• Enforce policies and procedures

Education & Certification Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse (RN) license 
• Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Charge Nurse
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
