Location: Plains, Montana
Shift: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts

Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive care to patients in a critical access hospital, covering Emergency Room (ER), Med-Surg, and Long-Term Care (LTC) units.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and monitor patient outcomes.
- Administer medications, IVs, and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions when necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and overall health management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe and sterile environment.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Montana.
- BLS, ACLS certifications required; PALS and TNCC certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a critical access setting preferred.
- Experience in Emergency Room, Med-Surg, and/or Long-Term Care settings is highly desirable.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
