$64/hr + Growth Opportunities | 13-Week Contract | Day Shift | 5x8s or 4x10s
Connected Health Care is partnering with a respected Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility in Port Angeles, Washington seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity. This position is perfect for an RN who enjoys building relationships with residents in a supportive, team-based care environment with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
Position Highlights

Pay: $64/hr

Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8s or 4x10s (40 hours/week)

Contract Length: 13 weeks (Temp-to-Hire pathway)

Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

Job Responsibilities
-
Provide high-quality resident-centered care within an LTC/SNF setting
-
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions and resident progress
-
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
-
Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary team members
-
Communicate clearly with residents and families regarding care plans
-
Maintain regulatory compliance and documentation standards
Qualifications
-
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — WA State or compact-eligible
-
Experience in LTC, Skilled Nursing, or Geriatric Care strongly preferred
-
BLS certification required
-
Strong communication, organization, and resident advocacy skills
-
Team-oriented mindset with compassion for aging populations
