Registered Nurse (RN) – Swing Bed Supervisor / Infection Prevention & Quality Control
Location: Montana
Schedule: 5x8's (36-40/WK)
Pay: Up to $2,800 per week (including housing)
Housing: Provided by the facility

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) for an exciting Swing Bed Supervisor opportunity at a Critical Access Hospital in rural Montana.
This unique position allows you to combine your leadership and clinical skills while overseeing swing bed operations and supporting the hospital’s infection prevention and quality control initiatives.
Position Overview
The Swing Bed Supervisor will manage patient care transitions, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, a passion for rural healthcare, and experience in infection prevention or quality management.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the swing bed program to ensure patient safety and quality of care

Implement and monitor infection prevention measures throughout the facility

Support ongoing quality improvement and compliance initiatives

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to enhance patient outcomes

Provide hands-on patient care as needed in the swing bed or med-surg setting
Qualifications
-
Active RN License in Montana (or Compact State License)
-
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience (swing bed, med-surg, or acute care preferred)

Experience or strong interest in infection prevention and quality improvement

Current BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)

Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
