Location: Pagosa Springs, Colorado
Shift: Day shift, 5x8 hours
Pay Range: $82,680 – $127,816 annual, based on years of relevant experience

Job Description:

  • Oversee and manage the oncology and infusion services department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to improve patient outcomes and departmental efficiency
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of nurses and healthcare professionals
  • Coordinate patient care activities, including treatment plans, medication administration, and patient education
  • Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor and evaluate patient care metrics, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards
  • Manage departmental budgets, staffing schedules, and resource allocation
  • Participate in professional development and continuing education to stay current with advancements in oncology and infusion therapies

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Healthcare Administration preferred
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado
  • Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience in oncology and infusion services
  • Previous leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting
