Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements: Valid Nebraska RN license.
  • Certifications Requirements: BLS certification.
  • Experience Requirements:
    • Minimum of 1 year of LTC experience.
    • Prior experience working in a remote LTC facility preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a PRN setting.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Must have valid BLS certification.
    • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work 1-2 shifts per week, with flexibility for additional shifts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to LTC residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
  • Assess resident health status and document findings accurately in the EMR system.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, including BLS and licensure requirements.
  • Execute patient care duties efficiently during scheduled shifts, ensuring minimal disruptions to residents' routines.
