Job Requirements
- Education Requirements:Â Valid Nebraska RN license.
- Certifications Requirements:Â BLS certification.
- Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of LTC experience.
- Prior experience working in a remote LTC facility preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a PRN setting.
- Other Requirements:
- Must have valid BLS certification.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work 1-2 shifts per week, with flexibility for additional shifts.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to LTC residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
- Assess resident health status and document findings accurately in the EMR system.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, including BLS and licensure requirements.
- Execute patient care duties efficiently during scheduled shifts, ensuring minimal disruptions to residents' routines.
