Department: Surgical Services – Pre-Op, Operating Room, Post-Op, Sterile Processing, Scheduling
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some Fridays as needed)

About the Role
Looking for a leadership opportunity outside the hustle of the city? We’re seeking an experienced RN Surgery Manager to oversee all aspects of surgical services at our well-respected community hospital just north of Boise. This role blends clinical expertise with operational leadership in a supportive environment where your voice matters and your contributions are recognized.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the operations of the Surgery Department including:

Pre-Op, OR, Post-Op
-
Sterile Processing
-
Scheduling
Supervise and support a skilled team:
RNs
Surgical Techs
Equipment Techs
Sterile Processing Staff
Collaborate closely with the Executive Director of Clinical Services
Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and departmental efficiency
Manage staffing, financial performance, and workflow optimization
Qualifications
Education:
Minimum: Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Licensure/Certifications:
RN License in Idaho or compact state
ACLS preferred (or obtained within 6 months of hire)
Experience:
5+ years as a circulating nurse in the OR
1+ year in a leadership role (charge nurse or similar)
Experience in Pre-Op and Post-Op settings preferred.
