Job Description:

• Deliver high-quality respiratory care services as prescribed by healthcare providers, ensuring patient comfort and optimal recovery.
• Conduct assessments, administer treatments, and monitor patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory therapies, fostering understanding and compliance with prescribed treatments.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field.
• Active Indiana state licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Certification accredited by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
