Connected Health Care is partnering with a highly respected oncology center in Lovington, New Mexico, to find a skilled and compassionate Radiation Therapist. This full-time, permanent role is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of cancer patients while working with a cutting-edge team dedicated to high-quality care and clinical excellence.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care through safe and accurate radiation treatment. This position offers excellent work-life balance, competitive pay, and a collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities:

Administer radiation treatments as prescribed by the radiation oncologist
-
Operate linear accelerators and related equipment with precision and care
-
Accurately position patients and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times

Monitor patient responses and document all treatments and procedures
-
Collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, physicists, and nursing staff
-
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and emotional support throughout treatment
Education & Certification Requirements:
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Radiation Therapy from an accredited program
-
Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy – required
-
New Mexico Radiation Therapist License – required or eligibility to obtain
-
BLS Certification – required
-
Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply
