Job Title: Radiation Therapist

Location: Hobbs, NM

Connected Health Care is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Radiation Therapist for our client in Hobbs, NM. Our client is a reputable hospital that offers state-of-the-art cancer treatment services to patients in the community. As a Radiation Therapist, you will be responsible for administering radiation therapy treatments to patients with cancer, while ensuring that they receive high-quality care and attention.

Responsibilities:
- Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients according to treatment plans developed by the physician
- Monitor patients' physical and emotional well-being during treatment and report any adverse reactions
- Work closely with physicians, physicists, and dosimetrists to ensure that patients receive the prescribed radiation dose
- Educate patients about the treatment process, including potential side effects and aftercare

Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field
- ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy
- Valid state license as a Radiation Therapist
- At least 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting
