- Location: East of Gallup, New Mexico
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Full-time
- Weekly Pay: Up to $2,700 based on experience
Job Description
The Ultrasound Technician will perform a wide range of diagnostic ultrasound procedures while delivering high-quality patient care in a clinical setting.
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams in accordance with physician orders
- Conduct OB, General, Vascular, and Breast ultrasound studies
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during exams
- Accurately document findings and communicate results to the care team
- Maintain ultrasound equipment and follow imaging protocols
- Adhere to all hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Required Experience
- OB Ultrasound experience
- General Ultrasound experience
- Vascular Ultrasound experience
- Breast Ultrasound experience
Education and Certification Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
- Active ARDMS certification required
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to work in New Mexico
