Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced Travel Ultrasound Sonographer for a 13-week contract in High Point, North Carolina. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic acute care setting while earning competitive weekly pay. First-time travelers are welcome to apply!
Position Highlights
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Compensation: Up to $2,700 per week (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams, including abdominal, vascular, and OB/GYN studies
- Operate ultrasound equipment safely and effectively to capture clear imaging results
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to support accurate diagnoses and patient care plans
- Ensure patient comfort by explaining procedures and providing compassionate care
- Maintain accurate records and comply with hospital protocols and safety standards
Education and Certification Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care ultrasound experience (required)
- BLS certification (required)
- ARDMS or ARRT (US) credentials in Abdominal (AB) and Vascular (RVT) (required)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field (preferred)
