Travel X-Ray Technologist – 4x10 Day Shifts – Near Pittsburgh, PA

Start Date: Mid-June 2025

Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Travel X-Ray Tech to join a highly respected medical team in a critical access setting. The ideal candidate will be skilled in general diagnostic imaging and passionate about providing exceptional patient care. This role is perfect for a technologist looking to explore a new location while working in a supportive and professional environment.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: 4x10 Day Shifts

  • Contract Type: Travel Assignment

  • Start Date: Mid-June 2025

  • Bi-weekly weekend coverage required

  • Duration: 13 weeks with potential extension

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures

  • Maintain and operate radiologic equipment

  • Ensure high-quality images are produced for accurate diagnosis

  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient care

  • Maintain accurate patient records and comply with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

  • ARRT Certification required

  • BLS Certification required

  • Pennsylvania Radiologic Technologist License required

  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in X-ray/diagnostic imaging

  • Proficiency with portable and fixed radiographic equipment

  • CT experience a plus (but not required)
