Job Description:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Radiology Department, ensuring effective and efficient patient care.
• Supervise and provide leadership to the radiology staff, including X-ray and CT technologists, while ensuring quality standards and patient safety.
• Ensure all radiology equipment is maintained, properly calibrated, and ready for use.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for radiology operations, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide direction, training, and professional development for radiology staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and the timely completion of imaging procedures.
• Manage departmental budgets, resources, and scheduling.
• Monitor patient satisfaction, addressing concerns and improving patient care processes as needed.
• Participate in the development and implementation of departmental goals, ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives.

Education & Certification Requirements:

• MT State License required.
• Certification in X-ray and CT required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Prior Radiology Manager experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Radiology Department with hands-on experience in both X-ray and CT.
• At least 1 year of management experience in a radiology setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of radiology systems, protocols, and compliance regulations.
• Proven ability to manage teams effectively and support staff development.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
