Full-Time X-Ray/CT Technologist

Location: Pagosa Springs, CO

Compensation: Up to $41/hr

Job Description:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray and CT equipment.
• Position patients accurately and ensure their comfort during the imaging process.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment to produce high-quality images.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for accurate and timely diagnosis.
• Review and evaluate images for technical quality and make adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain patient records and adhere to patient confidentiality guidelines.
• Follow radiation safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• ARRT certification in Radiography and CT.
• State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an X-Ray/CT Tech.
• Proficiency in operating X-ray and CT equipment and associated software.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, radiographic positioning, and radiation safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative healthcare environment.
