The Radiology Technologist performs radiology procedures on ambulatory and hospital patients as requested by a physician or other licensed provider to diagnose disease and injury following established protocols. You will rotate on-call during the week and on weekends.

In your first few weeks in this Radiology Tech role, you can expect to:

• Perform high-quality radiology procedures, according to exam protocol, on time
• Maintain production and quality of imaging procedures by following established standards and procedures
• Prepare the patient and area for the procedure by positioning, adjusting immobilization devices, moving equipment into specified positions and adjusting equipment controls to set exposure factors
• Protect patients and employees by adhering to safety requirements, infection control, drug and radiation policies, protocols and techniques
• Use proper sterile techniques when setting up and performing invasive multimodality procedures and maintain hand hygiene requirements.

To apply for this Radiology Tech role, you must be a Grad of an Accredited Program and have at least one year of experience. You will also require the following:

• ARRT-R Radiography
• Ability to perform tasks independently without the need for routine oversight
• The ability to effectively administer first aid and use an emergency cart
• To provide timely, accurate, and cost-efficient services in compliance with established System and Regulatory standards, policies and procedures.
