We are currently partnered with a reputable healthcare facility in Quincy, IL, seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse for their Skilled Nursing Facility. As a Registered Nurse in Long Term Care, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our valued residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional nursing care to residents in the Long Term Care unit
- Assessing and evaluating residents' conditions, creating and implementing care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Providing emotional support and promoting a comfortable environment for residents
- Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in Long Term Care
- Strong knowledge of geriatric nursing principles and practices
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- CPR certification required; additional certifications a plus
