Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) – Rosenberg, TX

Monday-Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM | 40 Hours/Week | $16+/hr DOE | 13-26 Week Contract

Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our client’s team in Rosenberg, TX. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for professionals with experience in behavioral stabilization and/or Autism care. Bilingual candidates (English & Spanish) are highly encouraged to apply for additional pay incentives!

Job Highlights

  • Competitive Pay: $16+/hr (Based on Experience)
  • Guaranteed 40 Hours/Week
  • Contract Duration: 13-26 Weeks
  • Monday - Friday, Daytime Schedule
  • Higher Pay for Experienced & Bilingual Candidates

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide direct one-on-one behavioral therapy to clients in need of stabilization support.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions to assist individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other behavioral challenges.
  • Collect and document data on patient progress to ensure effective treatment.
  • Foster a supportive and structured environment to improve client outcomes.
  • Communicate with families and care teams to provide consistent support strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Certification (Required)
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
  • Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or Behavioral Stabilization (Preferred)
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish (Preferred – Higher Pay)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
