Job Description

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Bridgeport, CT
Pay Rate: $35/hour
Schedule: Full-time, school hours
Openings: Multiple positions available

Connected Health Care is hiring multiple Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for full-time, school-based roles in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Join a passionate team of professionals supporting students with autism and developmental needs in a structured and inclusive school environment.

Position Overview:

  • Provide 1:1 or small-group ABA support to students

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision

  • Track and report on student progress and behavior data

  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families

  • Maintain a consistent, positive, and supportive environment

Requirements:

  • Active RBT certification

  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred

  • Strong communication and behavior management skills

  • Must be dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
