Job Description: Connected Health Care, in partnership with our esteemed client, is seeking a skilled Registered Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team north of Lake Tahoe, CA. As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice, providing support to dentists, hygienists, and patients alike. Your responsibilities will include chairside assistance during dental procedures, preparing and sterilizing instruments, taking and developing dental X-rays, maintaining patient records, and providing exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in California
• CPR certification
• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant preferred
• Proficiency in dental software systems (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
• Coronal Polishing and Sealant certifications are a plus!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and infection control protocols
