Job Description:

• Provide exceptional dietary care and counseling to patients in various healthcare settings.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized nutrition plans.
• Assess patient nutritional needs and monitor dietary restrictions.
• Educate patients and their families on healthy eating habits and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments and progress.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification required.
• Current licensure as a Dietitian in the state of California.
• BLS certification preferred.
