Full Time Registered Nurse Position for ER + Med/Surg
$10,000 Sign-on for Qualified Nurses

Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency room (ER) and medical-surgical (Med/Surg) units.
• Assess patients' medical conditions, perform triage, and prioritize care based on acuity levels.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians, following established protocols and guidelines.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatment, intervening as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, coordinating with specialists and support staff.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Oklahoma.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in emergency room (ER) and medical-surgical (Med/Surg) settings preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, remain calm under pressure, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
